The Simple Hair Routine I Return to Every August

The Simple Hair Routine I Return to Every August

August is not when I add more products.

It is when I return to the basics that keep my scalp comfortable and my hair from becoming dry, rough, and fragile.

I use three steps.

Step one: Cleanse without stripping

The scalp needs to be clean, but it also needs its natural protective oils. When I use a harsh shampoo, my scalp feels tight and my hair gets dry faster.

The Aloe Vera Shampoo cleanses with aloe vera and Cehami, giving me a fresh scalp without that stripped feeling.

Step two: Restore moisture

After washing, I use the Aloe Vera Deep Conditioner on my lengths and ends. Aloe vera and panthenol help hair hold moisture better, which matters when summer has left it rough or prone to tangling.

Step three: Support the scalp

I finish with PURE 7 Hair Strengthening Oil. I massage it into my scalp two or three times each week. The blend of rosemary, lavender, thyme, cedarwood, and sweet almond oil helps me support the scalp environment where healthy hair grows.

You do not need a shelf full of products. You need a routine that gives your scalp and your hair what they actually need.
