Morning and night, after cleansing:

Cleanse first. Start with a gentle cleanser to remove any impurities so your skin is ready to absorb.

Take a small amount — a pea-sized drop is all you need for both eyes.

Use your ring finger (it's your gentlest finger) to lightly tap the gel along your under-eye area and up toward the brow bone.

No rubbing. Just gentle tapping until it absorbs. The skin here is delicate — treat it that way.
